Upbeat and tireless Suzanna Bamford is an experienced Realtor^® and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She has assisted numerous sellers in all types of markets. Using her in depth knowledge of the neighborhood, she presents her clients with all the facts and figures to determine the correct market value of the property. Suzan's penchant for keeping her clients fully up to date during the sales process is well known.

Buyers find Suzanna a well-informed and patient Buyers Agent. Clients are given the information and the time to decide which property is best suited to them. Having negotiated the most favorable deal, she leads her clients through the maze of details and is always available to help buyers even after the closing.
